During BbWorld our team was asked several questions on how we advertised 24/7 Support. In the spirit of sharing, below is our communication plan on how we announced the rollout of Blackboard Student Services for our after-hours and weekend help desk support.

- Announcement in the University Newsletter.
- Graphic on Campus TVs.
- Graphic on Campus Kiosks.
- Advertisement in the Student Newspaper.
- Inclusion in our Blackboard Course Template.
- Banner on our department website.
