During BbWorld, our team was asked several questions about how we advertised 24/7 Support. In the spirit of sharing, below is our communication plan on how we announced the rollout of Blackboard Student Services for our after-hours and weekend help desk support.

How we notified our users

  • Graphic on Campus TVs.
  • Graphic on Campus Kiosks.
