Importing Outlook Meeting Details into OneNote

Microsoft OneNote allows you to easily import Outlook meeting details into a OneNote page to help you stay organized.

  1. Create a new OneNote page.

  2. Click Insert, then Meeting Details.

    From the ribbon, click Insert, then click Meeting Details.

  3. Sign in to your Microsoft Account.

    Select your type of Microsoft Account and sign in with your credentials.

  4. Click on a Meeting.

    Select a meeting and the information will be prefilled on the page.
